Recombination Progeny Calculator
This calculator estimates how
many progeny to screen for finding at least ONE recombination progeny.
It is calculated using the following formula: \nN = log(1-p) / log(1-r)
\nwhere N = number of progeny one needs to screen, p = confidence or
probability of obtaining a recombinant, and r = expected recombination
rate between two loci.
